Dried Berries Sauce/Syrup: (Cranberry Sauce)
We have used Dried Cranberry because of our love for Cranberry sauce; you can replace it with any other Dried Berries from our shop and it will taste equally good.
Preparation Time: 4-5 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cup Flavoride Cranberry cool (Dried Cranberry).
- 1 Cup Sugar/ 1.5 Cup Jaggery.
- 1 Cup Water.
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice.
TIME TO PREPARE :
- Take a deep bottomed pan, add Dried Cranberries and water. Let it boil.
- Now let it cook for 5 minutes on a low flame Stir it occasionally.
- Now add lemon juice and sugar. Keep stirring so that it mixes well.
- Until the water evaporates Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Keep the mixture aside to cool down.
- Gently Blend it. (While blending, add 4-5 tablespoons of water, so that it blends easily)
- Transfer the blended mixture into a pan.
- Keep cooking the mixture on a low flame until all the moisture evaporates.
HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR SAUCE IS READY??
Put 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce in a plate, slightly turn the plate. If the cranberry sauce run downwards and the water separates, then it is not yet ready. Cook it for another 3-5 Minutes, and try again, the cranberry sauce is completely cooked if the sauce is sticky and water does not separate.

- CRANBERRY YOGURT PARFAIT: Add cranberry sauce in a plain yogurt, add some dry fruits and your parfait is ready.
- CRANBERRY WHIPPED CREAM: Cranberry sauce is a great addition to whipped cream. Fold the sauce with whipped cream and top it up with some fruit cake on it.
- CRANBERRY PANCAKES: Add tablespoon cranberry sauce in a pan, heat it for Minutes. The sauce won’t be thicker now, pour it on pancakes and have a delicious bite of pancake.
HOW LONG YOU CAN STORE CRANBERRY SAUCE:
Cranberry sauce can be stored in an airtight jar inside the fridge for 2weeks.
