Paneer Tikka:

Cooking time: 10-12 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250Gm Paneer
MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Tbsp Flavoride Ginger Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Flavoride Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flavoride Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp kashimiri red chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tikka masala
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
TIME TO PREPARE SAVOURY PANEER TIKKA:

  1. Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients and add 1 tablespoon oil. Now mix them well to prepare your marinade.
  2. Now cut Paneer into square pieces and add it to your marinade and coat them well in the mixture. Optional: Marinate the Paneer for 2-8 hours.
  3. Place a non-stick grill pan on medium flame, brush it with little oil and place the marinated Paneer pieces gently on the pan, grill them 5-7 minutes each side. Turnover and repeat, until they turn crisp and brown. Let it sit for 2 minutes after turning off the flame. 
  4. Or alternatively, you can bake it as well, pre heat the oven at 180 degree and bake the Paneer for 30 minutes.
  5.  Sprinkle some chaat masala and add a little melted butter on top.
  6. TIME TO SERVE 
How to Serve:
STARTER: Serve it with green chutney, lemon & Onion salad.
MAIN COURSE: Serve it with your favorite Bread and sliced onions.
